Beyonce, Iggy Azalea, Eminem Lead 2014 VMA Nominations

Beyonce leads the pack of MTV Video Music Awards nominations with eight nods thanks to her self-titled visual album that came packed with 17 music videos. (We're actually a little surprised Bey didn't snatch more nominations for having so many stunning visuals.) "Pretty Hurts" picked up four, including Best Video With a Social Message and Best Direction, while "Partition" and "Drunk in Love" grabbed two apiece, the latter being up for Video of the Year.

자신의 이름을 딴 앨범과 17개의 뮤직비디오로, 비욘세는 8개 부문의 후보에 오르며 MTV VMA에서 최다 후보지명 되었다. ( 굉장히 멋진 비디오가 아주 많았음에도 Bey가 더 많은 후보군에 지명되지 못한 것이 사실 좀 놀랍다) 사회적 메세지가 담긴 최고 비디오 부문을 포함, Pretty Hurts는 4개 부문의 후보로 선정되었고 Partition과 Drunk in Love가 각각 2개 부문의 후보에 올랐으며, Drunk In Love는 올 해의 비디오 부문까지 올라있는 상태다.

Superstar rappers Iggy Azalea and Eminem are just behind Bey with seven nominations each. Iggy's "Fancy" grabbed four, including Video of the Year, while her Ariana Grande collab "Problem" vid picked up three. Em saw three of his new vids get recognized including three noms for "The Monster" featuring Rihanna, three for "Rap G-d" and one for "Berzerk."

Meanwhile, it's a heated battle for Video of the Year with "Fancy" and "Drunk in Love" up against Pharrell's "Happy," Sia's "Chandelier" and Miley Cyrus' "Wrecking Ball."

수퍼스타 래퍼들, 이기 아질라와 Eminem은 7개 부문에 후보지명되며 Bey에게 살짝 뒤졌다. 이기의 Fancy가 올 해의 비디오상을 포함, 4개 부문에, 아리아나 그란데와 함께한 Problem이 3개의 부문에 후보지명 되었다. Em은 The Monster로 3개, Rap G-d (왜 Rap G-d이라 써놓았는지 모르겠네 오타인가) 으로 3개, Berzerk로 하나를 가져갔다.

한편 올 해의 비디오 상은 Fancy, Drunk in Love, 퍼렐의 Happy, 시아의 Chandelir 그리고 마일리 사이러스의 Wrecking Ball의 경쟁으로 열기가 뜨겁다.

그나저나 올 해의 비디오 상에서 마일리가 타면 어떻게 될까 ㅋㅋㅋ 아 난 이게 궁금해서라도 한 번 마일리가 타봤으면 하는 마음도 있다 ㅋㅋㅋ 화제성으로만 본다면 후보에 오른 비디오 중 그 무엇도 뤠킹볼을 따를 수는 없으리라. Fancy는 요즘 가장 인기 좋은데 비디오에 화제성이 없는 듯 하고. 그리고 더불어 best female에서는 케이티가 한 번 타보는 게///...... 그 뮤비도 병맛 장난아니던데 진짜 ㅋㅋㅋㅋ
